Dr. Varshini is a dynamic force in the pageant world, leveraging her diverse experiences to empower contestants of all ages. As a multi-crowned pageant winner of Mrs. India Classic 2022-2023 and Mrs. Global Cosmos Platinum 2023, she brings firsthand insight to her role as mentor and organizer. Launched in September 2024, MMM England is Dr. Varshini’s brainchild, designed to transform lives through pageantry. The organization uniquely caters to a wide age range, from teenagers to seniors up to 66 years old, addressing often overlooked demographics in traditional pageants1. Dr. Varshini’s approach goes beyond surface-level beauty, focusing on:
- Enhancing overall health and well-being
- Combating social isolation, especially among mature contestants
- Promoting anti-aging effects through active participation
Her background as a Consultant Psychiatrist for the Elderly in the UK, combined with her past experience as a Gynecologist in Saudi Arabia and India, informs her holistic approach to contestant development1. Dr. Varshini actively works with each participant, ensuring they receive personalized mentoring and support throughout their journey.

Director
Vijay is the Director of the pageant company – www.mmmengland.co.uk . He is a Law Graduate & an Advocate in India in the past . He is currently a Hotelier at Blackpool , an Entrepreneur , a Wind Energy Business Developer and a non practising Solicitor in the UK .

She is an anchor for Telugu NRI radio and from hosting regular shows and gaining a platform she was able to pursue anchoring. After hosting shows for cultural and religious events she had the wonderful opportunity to host the DSP show in Wembly Arena, at London which is something she always aspired to do. She loves connecting with people, being social, and spreading positivity wherever she goes. Life is all about building connections and Srivalli is successful in doing so
