Our vision is to is to empower all contestants whilst giving them the opportunity to grow and develop a positive self-image, improve confidence and gain life skills which will extends into their personal and professional lives and to remind the senior and mature retired men and women that it is never too late and that it is better than never to showcase their talents and skills. Our vision is to empower them; to address their social isolation and to work towards enhancing their health, fitness and wellbeing.
